Audit Concepts

What is it for

Audit facilitates checking and controls. It allows the tracking of all operations on CCH Tagetik, based on logins, and records who did what, when, where and for what reason.

Traceability

Operations can be traced by:

  • entering the following information for the data and metadata of each table:
  • Origin: part of the application that generated the data (see Data origin)
  • Userupd: user who performed the operation
  • Dateupd: date on which the user performed the operation
  • control engine for data and relative changes
  • Query Analyzer function
