Purpose of the page¶
This page makes it possible to manage Windows servers on which TGKMSService (CCH Tagetik‘s .NET webservice) has been installed.
Attributes tab
Please find below the most important fields.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | Unique ID of the TGKMSService instance being managed |
| URL | URL at which the instance of the TGKMSService is located |
| Client code | ID code of the client invoking TGKMSService. Generated by the Generate Keys window. |
| Available | Indicates the node status (false: off-line, true: active). |
SSAS tab
This tab makes it possible to manage Tagetik Analytics models on Microsoft Analysis Services (SSAS).
Please find below the most important fields.
| Field | Description |

| Enabled | Makes it possible to generate an SSAS resource. |
| Number of instances | Instances that can be run simultaneously. Maximum value: 100. |
| Polling interval (seconds) | CCH TagetikProcess waiting time between polling requests to the service while a command is running. Maximum value: 99999 |
| Template | Name of a database on the Analysis Services server to use as a template |
| Type | Type of instance used in Analysis Service model management |
| Host | Name or URL of the Analysis Services instance used by TGKMSService to generate standard CCH Tagetik OLAP cubes. |
SAP tab
This tab makes it possible to run ETL on SAPs generated by Tagetik Connector Enabled for SAP.
Please find below the most important fields.

| Enabled | Makes it possible to run ETL on SAP. |
| Number of instances | Instances that can be run simultaneously. Maximum value: 1. |
| Polling interval (seconds) | CCH TagetikProcess waiting time between polling requests to the service while a command is running. Maximum value: 99999 |
| Template | Name of a database on the Analysis Services server to use as a template |
| URL Logs | URL containing the Reporting Services reports generated by extracting data from SAP. Default value: http://localhost/ReportServer/ReportViewer.aspx?/OneConnect/LoggingOverview |
| Master Package | Name, including the path, of the SSIS packet that must be run by TGKMSService during the extraction of data from SAP. This extraction is performed by the SAP connecter to populate the staging database used by the ETL routine. Default value: .\SSISPackages\EDW_STA_TagetikMasterPackage.dtsx |
| Connection database | Connection string towards the OneConnect configuration database. Default value: TagetikLog0. |
| Execute SSIS | Allows ETL to call back the TGKMSService to run tasks developed with SQL Server Integration Services. |
Excel tab

| Callback URL | Parameter used by the Excel client to find out which CCH Tagetik server to connect to in order to run the form. |
