Adding a Dimension Attribute

CCH Tagetik Ribbon Bar > Objects > New

A Dimension attribute can be added to the presentation to enable updatable descriptions. To do so, in the General tab:

1. Click on New in the object section of the Ribbon Bar.
2. Fill in the form with the mandatory fields and, under Object Type, make sure you select Dimension Attribute

In the Source tab:

1. Select the Application Database from those available in the drop-down menu. The databases that can be selected are those associated with the user who logged in.
2. Select a Dimension
3. Select an Account
4. Select an Attribute
5. Click on Insert
