Objects

Once:

• the initial balance sheet has been loaded and the disinvestment transactions have been performed on those securities
• the P&L has been loaded and the billing and financial rules associated with each security and curves generated by the application thereof have been verified

it is necessary to load the third input data item necessary for financial planning, or the item representing the other accounting entries related to management. Those entries, called Objects, represent all those operations not typically contained in an operational-type P&L Budget / Forecast; for example, the investment plan, the L/T financing plan or specific entries such as the use of a fund.

Each type of object is managed by a dedicated calculation engine. In particular, distinction is made between:

• accounting entries (double-entry records necessary for any particular entries)
• L/T financing (manages long-/medium term financing with capital repayment, instalments, interest, etc.)
• assets
• FX hedging

Entries related to management are used by the system to:

• feed the balance sheet forecast
• calculate the financial phenomenon
• calculate the entity’s position in relation to the tax authority
