Repository: Reference Users

Pre-existing reference users can be used as a template to help create and configure a new group. The reference user mapped for a user is employed in SCP as User Group Assignments. Reference Groups can be added or removed.

Reference User

All users with the Reference user for other users flag can be used as Reference Users.

These standard reference users correspond to the existing SCP user group and include the following:

  • WF_ALLOTHERS
  • WF_GSCM_P
  • WF_PROC_FG
  • WF_PROC_RM
  • WF_SALESREP

The reference users that the user will have in SCP must be assigned to the CPM user within the CPM repository. To leverage full access within SCP menù, you must set all reference users listed.

Run each new user created in CPM as a Single Sign-On from CPM to SCP to update the User Repository in SCP. This task is mandatory for each new user created in CPM.
