Application of user rights defined in SharePoint
Within a list of documents (see Application Panels), each document is shown with a specific font colour:
- black: the user has rights on the document (read or write)
- grey: the user has no rights on the document.

The impacts of user rights are manifested on the following pages of the application:

| Library | Open document root panel, accessible from the Open button on the tool bar |
| Outline | Outline panel accessible in two ways: - Library button on the tool bar, and single click on a document - with a document already open, Outline button on the tool bar |
