Purpose of the tab¶
This tab allows you to define dictionaries.
Sub-tabs in the tab
| Element | Description |

| Attributes | Allows the user to insert the dictionary properties. |
| Query Body | Allows you to run the following actions: - Define the search query for dictionary elements for supported vendor DBs. - (only with beta option enabled on the repository) Select the database on which to run the query. - Display the query preview. Note: the preview does not support queries containing reporting parameters. |
| Personal Data Management | Allows you to specify which fields of the query contain personal data. When the dictionary is saved, the system checks correspondence between the inserted fields of personal data and the fields indicated in the query. |

Query Body tab

| MsSql body | - Query insertion area: allows you to insert the syntax of the desired query. - Connection: allows you to select the database on which to run the query. The user sees the primary databases. - Preview: shows a temporary table with a preview of the query results (max 30 rows). Note: in the presence of ORDER BY clauses, it is useful to view the preview to verify that the query is correct. If necessary, it is possible to add other clauses to the ORDER BY clause. |

Personal Data Management tab
| Element | Description |

| Adds a personal data field. | |
| Query field name | Allows you to specify the fields from among the results of the query containing personal data. |
| Selects the query field. | |
| Deletes the query field. |
