Purpose of window

This window allows you to export, in a file, the configurations and data of one or several workspaces that contain datasets that are online and available to the user.

Note: comments related to Line-By-Line transactional matrices are not imported.

Element	Description
Analytical Workspace selection	Clicking the three dots next to the row will open a window which allows you to select one or several workspaces from which to export configurations and data.
Analytical Workspace table	Shows the data partitions related to the datasets of the selected workspaces and allows you to select the ones to be exported.

Fields in the table

Analytical Workspace	Allows you to select the workspaces from which to export data.
Export Advanced Analytics configuration	Exports the configurations related to the workspace that is being exported for the predictive intelligence with machine learning module.
Exports Transaction Matching configuration	Exports the configurations related to the workspace that is being exported for the module that matches, transaction by transaction, data originating from different sources.
Personal data protection: export uncoded data values	If the application is configured to manage GDPR/DAC6 regulations, the export window shows an option which, if activated, allows you to export the plain data of the partitions belonging to fields with the Personal Data Protection option enabled. The data are encrypted again with the algorithm and key defined on the target environment if the Personal Data Protection option is active on it. If the option is not activated, the data will be exported encrypted and will not be visible unless GDPR/DAC6 regulations are managed in the target environment and the algorithm and key are the same as in the source environment. If the exported data is encrypted, it must be encrypted using the latest algorithm managed by CCH Tagetik. Data encrypted with several algorithms (old versions) generate problems both in the export step and in the subsequent import step, where data encrypted with old algorithms will be lost.
Data	Shows the data partitions associated with the datasets of the selected workspaces and allows you to select the ones to be exported. The columns show the following information on the partitions: - Status - Analytical Workspace - Dataset - Process - Scenario - Period - Entity - Type - Partition table name

Buttons on the page

Element	Description
Schedule	Allows you to schedule the export for a specific date and time, or set it to run on a recurring basis.
Run	Runs the export. At the end of the data processing, the file containing the exported data can be downloaded. Note: the file generated in AWEX format is encrypted. The content is decoded and becomes visible only once it has been imported into the target environment. Note: if the file content exceeds 2GB, the system will create more than one file.
