Purpose of window

This window allows you to set up a task to export Analytical Workspace data.

Note: the export file format will depend on the task type selected to access the window.

To link a task to a single submission process, the following conditions must be met:

• The dataset must be partitioned by Business Cycle or by Business Cycle and Entity.
• The process must contain a single Scenario/Period pair.

Fields in window

Code	Task code
Description	Task description
Optional	Makes the task optional. Submission is therefore possible even if the task has not been performed. Note: in process cockpits, optional tasks are shown in blue.
Enable e-mail notification	Only if the process send email rule Completion: Process task workflows is active. Sends the task managers a notification email reporting that the previous task has been completed and they can start working.
Manually declare task completed	Defines how the task is declared completed. - Manual (default): the completion of the task is declared manually by the user. In the presence of tasks with lists of forms, the user can declare a task to be complete even if only some of the forms within it have been completed. - Automatic: the task is automatically declared to be complete when the data form is saved in the interface, or when the last task form has been declared to be complete.
Analytical workspace	Allows you to select the Analytical Workspace containing the partition and the relevant file format configuration.
Analytical Workspace Dataset	Allows you to select the dataset containing the data to be exported and the desired Data Target Mapping. Note: the selected dataset must contain the Entity dimension. This restriction does not apply to exports in file format.
Analytical Workspace Dataset typology	Allows you to select the typology containing the data to be exported. Note: the data processing can only be run from the reporting layer typology. This restriction does not apply to exports in file format.
Data Target Mapping	Allows you to select the desired Data Target Mapping. The mapping must be present in the dataset selected in Analytical Workspace Dataset.
File type	(Only for Export from AW - Bank of Italy Matrix format) Allows you to specify the generated file type.
Label	Allows you to define a label for the task; this is useful for managing user restrictions on tasks.
