Please find below the most important fields.

| Code | User's unique ID |
| Description | User description In multilingual projects, a description field is shown for each language enabled in the environment. |
| References management | |
| Reference user for other users | User available as a reference model for defining other users' restrictions. |
| Area Profile | The selected user is a dummy user with an area profile function. This user will be used by the administrator to manage other users by grouping them (by area), and allows users to inherit the restrictions associated with that profile. Note: The administrator can set the maximum number of users belonging to an area from the repository on the **Area Profile user : if this number is zero, the number of users that can belong to an area is unlimited (see User Settings) |
| Inherit Area profile from another user | The user is associated with an area profile which limits their authorisations. |
| Area | User group. If the user represents an area profile, this field contains the user code of that user. |
| Advanced: Insertion and Submission | |
| Submit even with blocking errors | The user can submit data even in the presence of blocking errors in the diagnostics. |
| Edit submitted / locked data in editability | The user can change any submitted/locked data in editability. The option will actually be active only for scenarios/periods where the option with the same name is enabled. |
| Journal prefix number | To be used when generating the adjustment number for manual entries, if the adjustment prefix generation mode is set to Equal to user journal number prefix or Equal to the concatenation of the user's journal number prefix and Entity/node'. |
| Advanced: IC cockpit | |
| Exclude from the managers list in the IC cockpit | Excludes the user from the list of Managers in the IC cockpit. |
