| Administration Restrictions | |
| ETL: Domain setup | The definition can be done: - for individual elements; - by grouping nodes, ETL environments or Job ETL or Routine ETL; individual elements and/or lower-level nodes can be added or removed to nodes |
| Collaborative Office: setup | Specifies whether the user can view, manage and edit documents in the Collaborative Office module. The definition is by Document Type. |
| Analytical Workspaces | The restriction will affect the list of analtyical workspaces visible to the user. The definition occurs only for individual elements, as there is no aggregation structure for these dimensions. the restrictions on the Analytical Worskpace also affect the Admin Homepage, so the user cannot see the Analytical Worskpace even from the Admin Page IMPORTANT: In order to display user-accessible workspaces on the homepage, it is still necessary to add the respective tiles with the edit button on the page . |

| ETL: Run Job | It is possible to define jobs that the user can display and run. The definition can be done: - by individual jobs - by job grouping nodes; individual jobs and/or lower-level nodes can be added or removed to the nodes. |
| Closing: Routine | It is possible to define closing routines that the user can display and run. The definition occurs only for individual elements, as there is no aggregation structure for these dimensions. |
| Analytical Workspace Dataset | The definition of user-visible datasets can be performed: - by individual datasets; - by tags; individual datasets can be added or removed to tags restrictions on datasets only affect the user homepage |

| Collaborative Office: Editing and Submission | Specifies whether the user can view, enter and submit data. the definition is made by: - Document type - Document activity - Invoice - specifying whether to include child parts Access type It is possible to restrict access to view-only or to allow editing of everything or only comments. Run operational tasks Run submission tasks The user canrun only operational tasks or also submission tasks Labels identification labels linked to each workflow task Edit submitted data specifies whether the user is allowed to edit the certified but not yet approved or closed parts Edit attachments specifies whether the user is enabled to manage document attachments |

IMPORTANT: By default, every new user has management rights on all items. Such rights can be controlled through restrictions. Exceptions are those on category and consolidation scenario which, by default, are restricted and must be set by the administrator user.
