Restrictions on Analytical Dimensions

Restrictions on analytical dimensions allow you to define, for each user, which elements they can view and enter data for.

Restrictions can be defined:

• for individual elements of the analytical dimension
• for nodes of a hierarchy defined on the analytical dimension. Individual elements of the analytical dimension and/or lower-level nodes can be added or removed from the nodes.

IMPORTANT: By default, each new user has management rights over all existing elements (except category and consolidation scenario).

Elements (except category and consolidation scenario) are by default both visible and editable. To prevent modification, it is necessary to specify read-only.
