| Description | Sends an email to a list of recipients. |
| Necessary parameters | - RCPT: List of Recipients (array of strings). - SUBJECT: Mail subject. Cannot be empty. - BODY: Email body. Cannot be empty. Note: the recipient can be a CCH Tagetik username or an external email address in the form recipient@domain. |
| Optional parameters | - CC: List of recipients CC'd. - BCC: List of recipients BCC'd. - CELL: Not used. Only present for the purposes of compatibility with previous versions. - BODY: Email body. Cannot be empty. |
