Define a node as a category pool

Operational database > Set up and Administration > Dimensions > Categories > Grouping > select node of categories > (Attributes tab) Editable categories pool

Using a category pool in a form

1. Define the node grouping categories as an editable category pool.
2. Associate a category with every contributor user. If working on several levels, associate them with the category corresponding to their level in the hierarchy.
3. Associate the first-level category with the consolidator user.
