Transactional matrices
Transactional form matrices and Line by Line transactional matrices¶
Based on the origin of the data managed in the transactional form, the transactional matrix will have the following structures.

Counter element¶
The counter element possesses dynamic attributes that regulate the insertion of new rows when entering data in transactional forms. In particular, if the Allow new rows/columns wizard in data entry attribute is not active, the system will open a fixed number of rows specified on the Additional rows to open when opening the form attribute. However, if the Allow new rows/columns wizard in data entry attribute is enabled, the 
symbol will appear on the left side of the work desktop, allowing you to open new lines manually. For more details, see Advanced selection.
The number of rows to open can be managed, up to a maximum of 5000. The limit can be set using the In the case of transactional forms, ask how many rows or columns to open option in matrix options.

In Line by Line transactional matrices of the Analytical layer, when the counter element is positioned on rows, the system will not display the matrix correctly if it is positioned on the first column of the spreadsheet. Similarly, when the counter element is positioned on columns, the system will not display the matrix correctly if it is positioned on the first row of the sheet.
Delete element¶
The delete element allows you to delete the data present on a row of a transactional form based on Financial Workspace data. When present, when the form is run the system will show the Delete column as the first column, where the following actions can be performed:

Status element¶
The status element allows you to delete the data present on a row or column of a transactional form based on analytical Workspace data. To ensure consistency among submitted data, in the presence of rows that are partially or entirely non-editable for submission reasons, the cell related to the status column is non-editable to prevent the user from deleting the row itself.
Transactional data entry details window management¶
In transactional forms, data are distributed over the table columns. When the form contains many columns, it may be difficult to navigate the sheet on which you are working. Data entry can be simplified by creating a customised details window. For more details, see Transactional form editor tab.
