Purpose of the page

This page shows a list of the forms for which data entry is locked because they are being used by other users.

This can also be used for forms in off-line mode and allows you to override the lock on them so they can be used for data entry in on-line mode.

Page fields

Element	Description
	- User: identifier code of the user locking the form - Form: code and description of the form - Access Date: date and time at which the user opened the form in data entry mode - Status: details of the status of the lock on the form

Buttons on the page

	Unlocks the selected form and makes it available for data entry.
