Working with spreading in web forms

Processes tile > select process > select step tab > select entity > (Workflow) right click task form > Run on web > Spreading tab

Using the spreading functionality

1. In the toolbar, click the desired spreading method.
2. In the work desktop, select the cell containing the total on which to run spreading and enter the new value to be distributed in the cells. Based on the structure of the form, the system distributes the new value over the rows or columns according to the spreading method set on the form.
3. To disable the spreading method, click the relevant button on the toolbar.

Edit totals with deviation values or fractions

To enter total values expressed with a deviation calculation or fraction based on the original value, enter the desired numerical or percentage value in the cell, preceded by the sequences +, -, \*, \/. The final value will correspond to the cell’s original value, plus, minus, multiplied by or divided by the value following the expression.

For example, by entering -400 or -40% in a cell with value 1000, the system will calculate a final value of 600.
