Downloading a data entry file in off-line mode

1. Open the form in data entry mode (see Open a data entry form).
2. On the toolbar, click the button.
3. Select the folder in which to save the file. The file will be saved as a normal Excel spreadsheet.

Opening a data entry form off-line

Open the desired data entry form file.

If...	Then...
the CCH Tagetik Excel add-in is not installed on the device	the file will open in Excel.
the Excel add-in is installed on the device	If the user is not logged in, the file will open in Excel with the addition of the "Work off-line" toolbar. If the user is logged in, the system asks if they want to end the work off-line session.

Loading a data entry form that has been edited off-line into CCH Tagetik.

This procedure shows how to save data entered in the form off-line.

If...	Then...
the Excel add-in is not installed on the device	the edited data will be saved in the local file.
the Excel add-in is installed on the device	the system asks the user if they want to leave work off-line mode.
