Purpose of window

This window allows you to manage comments and documents in an editable cell of a form.

Note: when working on Analytical Workspace line-by-line matrices, several documents can be attached to the same comment. If there are several attachments, the system displays the same description. For matrices created on the Financial Workspace and for Multidimensional matrices, however, only one document can be attached to each comment.

Comment management buttons

Element	Description
	Creates a new comment.
	Edits a comment. Only available for the user who added the comment, or users for whom Reporting-Data Entry-Comments-Administrator, code 0003862, is enabled. Disabled for users with $DEREPORT role.
	Deletes a comment. Only available for the user who added the comment, or users for whom Reporting-Data Entry-Comments-Administrator, code 0003862, is enabled. Disabled for users with $DEREPORT role
	Saves a comment.
	Attaches a document and defines a description visible when the cursor is hovered over the cell containing the comment.
