Purpose of the page

This page allows you to configure email templates for the sending of automatic notification emails.

Configuration tab

Element	Description
Attributes	Defines the features and contents of the template.
Recipients	Defines the recipients of the automatic email.

Fields in the Attributes tab

Element	Description
Code	Defines the template’s identification code.
Email event type	Defines the event that originated the automatic sending of the email. See Send email events.
E-mail text type	Defines the email format.
Enable	Enables the sending of emails when the event defined in Email event type occurs.
Subject	Defines the email subject.
Body	Defines the content of the email.

Fields in the Recipients tab

Element	Description
Specific recipients	Defines the type of users who will receive the email and the contributor/submitter role of the users in the process. The options for groups of users vary based on the value defined for Email event type.
Recipients	Allows you to select specific users to whom to send the email. To be able to use this, sending to Contributors and/or Submitters must have been enabled in Specific recipients.
Excluded Recipients	Allows you to select specific users to be excluded from the sending of the email. If groups have been defined in Specific recipients, this allows you to exclude specific users from the group of users.
Specific recipients in Cc	Defines the type of users who will receive the email in carbon copy and the contributor/submitter role of users in the process. The options for groups of users vary based on the value defined for Email event type.
Recipients in Cc	Allows you to select specific users to whom to send the email in carbon copy. To be able to do this, sending to Contributors and/or submitters must have been enabled in Specific recipients in CC.
Recipients not in Cc	Allows you to select specific users to be excluded from the sending of the email in carbon copy. If groups have been defined in Specific recipients in CC, this allows you to exclude specific users from the group of users.
Specific recipients in Bcc	Defines groups of users who will receive the email in blind carbon copy and the contributor/submitter role of users in the process. The options for groups of users vary based on the value defined for Email event type.
Recipients in Bcc	Allows you to select specific users to whom to send the email in blind carbon copy. To be able to use this, sending to Contributors and/or Submitters must have been enabled in Specific recipients in BCC.
recipients not in BCC	Allows you to select specific users to be excluded from the sending of the email in blind carbon copy. If groups have been defined in Specific recipients in BCC, this allows you to exclude specific users from the group of users.
