Running Cash Flow Planning data processing from jobs

Tagetik allows the user to run the Cash Flow Planning data processing also from a job task.

Let us assume that we are inside a job and we want to define a new task to run the aforementioned data processing. The steps to follow are:

• define a new task via the Edit button of the Job
• The top bar shows the operations that can be added, divided by type. Go to the Core data processing tab

• Drag down the Cash Flow Planning icon

• At this point, the system will open a window in which the following parameters can be set up:

• Process

• Entity one Entity or a multi-selection of Entities or all Entities

• the Data processing to be run

When saving, the task may turn yellow or red with an exclamation mark on the right corner.

If you hover over the exclamation mark, the system will show messages on the errors that prevent saving.
