Loading to Analytical Workspace

Function

This operation allows you to define one or several fields of a target dataset based on another source dataset using Load on Analytical Workspace data processing (for more details, see ). To do this, the loading of data must be defined through datasource mapping (see ).

Details

To run the mapping, only datasources defined on the target dataset of the current activity can be selected.

It is also possible to select datasources with the following settings:

Source type = File

File location = Upload

In this case, mapping can only be run within a process with dimension by step (see Process with dimension by step) and not in a process by Entity (see Process by Entity).

In case of "Execution independent of context", if the DTP contains a Loading to Analytical Workspace operation that reads from an Analytical Workspace calculation layer, the data processing is not run and an error message is displayed.
