Purpose of the page¶
This page shows the list of activities that can be run relating to the DTP associated with Data Transformation Package tasks present in the workflow: the information present on each row relates to the last execution.
Activities are displayed following the order of the DTPs present in the workflow, and therefore by level and code. For tasks run in parallel, sorting by task code is applied.
The DTP activity cockpit is active only where an entity and a step are selected.
Note: You can select only rows belonging to the same Analytical Workspace to run tasks. If activities belonging to different DTP are selected, the activities will be processed following the order of the DTPs present in the workflow, therefore by level and code. For tasks run in parallel, sorting by task code is applied.

| AW - DTP | Shows the description of the AW and the description of the DTP to which that activity belongs. |
| Activity | Shows the code and the description of the activity. If this is part of a loop, the loop code is entered in round brackets before the activity code. |
| Dataset | Shows the description of the target dataset to which the activity is associated. |
| Type | Shows the description of the type assigned to the target dataset to which the activity is associated. |
| Start date | Shows the start date and time of the last time the activity was run. |
| End date | Shows the end date and time of the last time the activity was run. |
| User | Shows the user who last ran the activity. |
| Result | Shows the result of the last time the activity was run. |
| Data | Shows the icon to open the partition data details. |
Icons and/or links on the page¶

| Indicates that the data processing related to the activity has been completed. | |
| Indicates that the data processing related to the activity is being processed. | |
| Indicates that it was not possible to complete the activity related to a Data Transformation Package task present in the workflow and associated with an Analytical Workspace DTP | |
| Indicates that that activity has not been run yet. | |
| Indicates that the data processing has been completed with at least one error. Click on the yellow traffic light to open a detail window showing the list of operations that generated that error during the last run, and the number of erroneous records found. If an operation with errors runs a check on a dataset, you can download a file containing the dataset rows containing errors. The first row of that file will contain the operation code and description and the message set for errors found during the check. |
