Data Export Service - Job and Workflow task

This data processing allows you to export to a secondary database the content of the setting tables and of CCH Tagetik data.

The necessary input parameter is a previously defined Configuration on which the target environment type and the loading policy have been defined.

Application Job

From Flex interface, in the configuration of the Application Jobs, it is possible to use the task related to this data processing by selecting it from the ETL section.

The necessary parameters for the configuration of the task are:

  • Data Export Service Configuration: mandatory, necessary to obtain the configuration on which the environment type and the loading policy are defined.

As with the other tasks that can be used in an Application Job, this can be run either directly or by scheduling.

Workflow

From the Admin user's home page, by the Business Workflow tile, From Navbar > Processes & Workflows > Business Workflow it is possible to use in a workflow the task related to this data processing by selecting it from the Data Integration section.

The necessary parameters for the configuration of the task are:

  • Data Export Service Configuration: mandatory, necessary to obtain the configuration on which the environment type and the loading policy are defined.

Data processing run when saving a form

When saving a form, it is possible to run this data processing by selecting it from the list of runnable data processing.
