CCH Tagetik Learning Hub is a digital training platform designed to provide access to courses, video tutorials, recorded webinars and basic knowledge base articles related to CCH Tagetik solutions. This platform is essential to support the professional development and continuous updating of users on the use of CCH Tagetik solutions, ensuring effective and flexible learning.

Activation and access

To activate a user account on CCH Tagetik Learning Hub, an annual subscription is required, which guarantees access to all the materials available in the digital library and its frequent updates.

Access is restricted to authorised users and can be done from the platform's login page, which can be reached via a special button on the Tagetik application's main bar, or directly from the dedicated web address (https://cchtagetiklearn.wolterskluwer.com).

Users are asked to enter their credentials using their company e-mail address as username and the password assigned by the system administration.

In case of need, the login page includes a password reset and recovery functionality, providing detailed instructions for resetting it.

Once logged in, the user will have access to the entire digital library. The number and type of resources available depend on the user's assigned role (Contributor or Administrator), so as to propose role-specific content.

Upon entering the section of interest, the user will find a list of all available learning plans, courses and events, and will be able to enrol in any of them.

Restrictions

Access to the available content and training resources is subject to time limitations, as the subscription is renewable annually. All teaching materials can be accessed directly on the platform, but cannot be downloaded for offline use.
