Main tool bar
In the application CCH® Tagetik the toolbar provides functions related to the configuration of the application. It is always visible regardless of the application page in use and contains a series of buttons that allow navigation to specific areas.

| Database The user can select the application database to work on. The selection affects the entire home page. The visibility of the Repository database depends on the user's role. | |
| History History of pages visited in the current session | |
| Data processing Show information on: - running data processing started but not yet completed or notified - Data processing completed When a new data processing is started, the icon turns blue and a counter appears next to it indicating the number of data processes performed by the current user in relation to the total number of data processes in progress. | |
| Messages It allows the user to use the internal messaging service to send and receive messages from other connected users. The system administrator can send a message at the same time to all connected users to inform them of any maintenance or other issues related to the application. If the users are not logged in when the message is sent, they will receive the message as soon as they log into Tagetik. When there are no messages, the icon is grey while it turns blue as soon as there is a message. In addition, if there are unread messages, a red circle appears to the right containing the number of unread messages received. | User Displays the photo, if available, and the user description. The photo is uploaded within the users list of the Repository database. By clicking on the user's description, the system opens a menu from which you can access: - Profile: allows you to: - change your settings (nationality, application language, phone number, email, user notes) - change your password - manage your point of view Changing your settings has an immediate effect on the current work session and also changes the corresponding attributes on the users list. - Download: allows downloading the user manuals and various add-ins. - Session utility: Allows you to: - Run a Connection Test - Change the Active Session Settings - Authentication Credentials: opens the authentication credentials management page Only available if enabled in the standalone.xml, and if the user has the function R000024 enabled. - Back to legacy UI: Logs the user out, and at the next login the user will enter the Vaadin UI. - Logout: Logs you out of the application and takes you to the login page. |
