Managing the Bookmark Widget
Creating the Bookmark Widget

This procedure allows you to create the Bookmark Widget. In the pop-up window, the user can choose the type of bookmark:
- "Collection" - default selection - including a set of bookmarks
- "Single item" containing only one element
"Collection" Bookmarks
When the type is 'collection', the user must specify the title to be assigned to the widget and must add at least one item from the bookmarks the user has previously saved.
For each item, it is possible to change the icon and modify the relevant order.
"Single item" Bookmarks
When the type is "single item", the user must choose the bookmark to be inserted from the bookmarks the user has previously saved. The user can also choose the icon.
Once the mandatory fields have been entered, the 'Create' button is enabled, allowing the resource widget to be added to the home page. Alternatively, by clicking on the 'Cancel' button and confirming on the window that pops up, it is possible to undo the changes made.
Editing the Bookmark Widget

This procedure allows an existing bookmark widget to be modified.
By hovering the mouse over the bookmark widget, an arrow appears at the top right of the widget. Click on it and then select 'Edit'.
In the window that pops up, it is possible to change the type and the fields it contains.
When at least one field is modified, the 'Save' button is enabled, which allows the resource widget to be modified. Alternatively, by clicking on the 'Cancel' button and confirming on the window that pops up, it is possible to undo the changes made.
Deleting the Bookmark Widget

This procedure allows an existing Bookmark widget to be deleted.
By hovering the mouse over the bookmark widget, an arrow appears at the top right of the widget. Click on it and then select 'Delete'.
A pop-up window opens asking for confirmation if you want to permanently delete the widget. Clicking on 'Delete' deletes the widget permanently from the Home Page; If you don't want the widget to be deleted, click on 'Close'.
Moving the Bookmark Widget

This procedure allows an existing bookmark widget to be moved.
Place the mouse over the bookmark widget you want to move, then drag and drop it to the desired position. In the event that the chosen position overlaps with another widget, the latter is moved and readjusted to the page.
Resizing the Bookmark Widget

This procedure allows the size of an existing resource widget to be changed in accordance with the predefined maximum and minimum size for the widget.
By hovering the mouse over the corners of the widget whose size you want to change, the double arrows are displayed. Drag the mouse until you reach the desired size to update it. It is not possible to change the size of a 'Single item" widget.
