应用 CCH Tagetik 中定义的用户角色

简介¶

在 Tagetik Software S.r.l. 中，Word 加载项上的用户角色管理由以下两个模块定义：

Intelligent Disclosure Admin 模块包含管理协作文档结构的授权，Intelligent Disclosure User 模块包含管理协作文档内容的授权。

在 Tagetik Software S.r.l. 的 Repository 中，定义了用户角色（根据具体需求包含全部或部分这些授权），并将其与 AddInWord 的应用程序用户关联。

重要：如此定义的用户角色需要在 Repository 中与应用程序用户关联；对于用户无需针对应用程序数据库进行配置。此外，如果要配置访问 Word Addin 的用户在 Repository 中没有其他功能，建议创建一个自定义角色，并在其中包含所需披露模块的功能。

此信息通过以下两种方式自动传播到 Addin Word：

按单个用户：在创建/编辑/删除角色时，在 Tagetik Software S.r.l. 的 Repository 中针对特定用户，在 Users 页面上进行用户/角色映射
全局：在角色更新流程 Sync all users in external services 完成后，针对 Tagetik Software S.r.l. 的 Repository 中列出的所有用户，在 Users 页面上

当用户尝试访问 AddIn Word 的某个功能时，用户角色将被应用，使整个应用程序面板或其特定操作元素（例如按钮、链接）可访问

具体而言，当用户点击工具栏上的某个按钮时，如果其角色允许，他们将访问相关的功能面板，否则将弹出消息说明他们没有相应的权限。

因此，在每个功能面板内，每个操作元素（按钮、链接）将根据用户的角色启用或禁用。

下面列出了可从工具栏访问的面板，以及根据 AddInWord 可用模块可启用的操作元素。

下面针对每个应用程序面板，列出了点击即可访问的相应功能区图标，以及保证可访问性的模块。

应用程序面板的可访问性要么与特定模块（Intelligent Disclosure Admin、Intelligent Disclosure User）关联，要么不受限制（ALL）。
