Manage users from the LDAP system

Enable communication with the LDAP system

Repository > > External Authentication

1. Select the Use Third Party Authentication option: all the necessary settings for configuring communication with the external system will be displayed.
2. From Available authentication types, select LDAP.
3. Set all the desired fields.

Import the user details from the LDAP system

This procedure describes how to import the user details already registered in the LDAP system. For more details, see the documentation on that specific topic.

1. Enter the search parameters, then click Search: a list of all the users that fulfil the search criteria will be displayed, together with their user details.
2. Select the users to be imported into CCH Tagetik, then click > Enable Users.
