Purpose of the page

This page makes it possible to search users registered in the LDAP system so they can be used as reference users for the user rights. It also allows the users that have been found to be imported, associating them with the roles on CCH Tagetik.

Buttons and/or links on the page

Element	Description
Search	Runs the search according to the filters that have been set.
	Enable Users: imports the list of selected users into the repository. Show info: shows the details of the selected user.

Field	Description
Search configuration	Combination of pre-defined search parameters
Search DN	Distinguished Name suffix in LDAP used as the starting point for the search
Search scope	One level: the search is only performed in the sub-levels immediately below the starting point of the search specified in the Search DN field. Sub tree: a recursive search is performed on all sub-levels below the starting point of the search specified in the Search DN field.
Filter	Rule with which the search is run. The initial value will be taken from the Attribute Mapping - Username field defined in the selected configuration.
Attribute - Reference user for rights	Name of attribute containing the profile to be used for inheriting rights. The initial value will be taken from the Attribute mapping - Reference users for rights field in the selected configuration.
Rule - Filter: Reference users for rights	Rule to be applied to identify the profile name, starting with the attribute. The initial value will be taken from the Recover rules and filters - Filter: Reference users for rights field in the selected configuration.
