Purpose of the page¶
This page makes it possible to configure emails sent by the system, set the notification settings and size of attachments.

| Method for sending mail | - None - Custom Mail Session: uses the SMTP session defined in the Repository configuration (SMTP Server). - Mail Session Application Server: uses the SMTP session configured in the application server (uses the name of the datasource defined in the application server with the subject javax.mail.Session and the email sender as defined in the mail.from name property in the configuration xml file). |

| Notification mechanism for scheduled data processing | Type of message that the system sends at the end of scheduled data processing |
| Automatically notify the user that the validity end date is about to be reached: days remaining | Notifies the user if their Validity end date is about to expire. |
| Notify automatically when about to reach licence limits: number of missing Admin Users | Sends a message that the maximum number of Admin users permitted by the licence is about to be reached. |
| Email for Cloud Proactive Monitoring Notification | The field is visible for cloud environments only. In the event of infrastructural problems which affect how the application works (Application not available or Partial Outages), a notification will be sent to the email address specified in the field. It is also possible to enter multiple email addresses separated by commas and without spaces (e.g. email1@gmail.com,email2@gmail.com). |
