Purpose of the page¶
This page allows the selection of the information required for the audit trail.
Page fields
Please find below the most important fields.

| Audit configuration | |
| Resources monitor | Records instances of memory overload and restoration of normal condition. |
| Licence | Records the entry of the licence in the audit trail. |
| Detail of queries run by send e-mail operations | Provides details of email sending operations. This can identify any send errors and is disabled by default. |
| Detail of queries run by a data process | Records in the audit trail any queries run by data processes for which Audit SQL data processing was selected in the Data Processings tile. |
| CPM Operations | |
| Management of data and metadata by ETL | Records the activities performed during the management of data and tables using the ETL module. |
| Maximum number of details for modifications by ETL | Tells the system the maximum number of rows to be recorded for operations performed by the ETL engine. |
| Detail of writeBack value changes | Records all operations to save data from forms using writeBack mode in the audit trail. Note: deselecting the tick-box means that data saves will only be recorded when there is a change to the scenario/period/company triplet. |
| Detail of SQL queries run by the writeBack operations | Records queries run by writeBack operations and allows monitoring of errors. Note: selecting the tick-box increases the system workload. - It is useful as a support for monitoring any errors. |
| Run query from form | Records queries run from forms. |
| Detail of queries run from forms | Records the queries necessary for running the query included in the form and allows errors to be monitored. Note: selecting the tick-box increases the system workload. |
