About the Inventory Item Master File
The Inventory Item Master file includes fixed, static columns. You cannot add or remove columns from this file. If you do not have a value for a column, type (unused) as the value.
Note: You cannot type (unused) in some cells of a column and values in other cells in the same column. If (unused) is used, then all cells in the column must have a value of (unused).
