Create Multilinked status

Word Add-in > CCH® Tagetik Disclosure ribbon bar > Documents management > Outline > Select a document with the chain symbol > click on Edit.

When a Tagetik or SharePoint document is linked to another existing document, the System shows a chain symbol to the right of the document added to the outline Following the status change, the linked document will be contained in two or more parent documents and becomes independent in terms of Language, parameters and Metadata.

From then on, if the user selects the document and enters the Edit step, the editable Language field is shown on the first tab, and you can make changes and save by navigating the Parameters and Advanced (Metadata) tabs.

Once a document linked to several documents has been saved, you can set the Language - Parameters and Advanced properties independently. The same is true for document parts linked to all the added objects

Note - If a recursive update is run from the parent document, the visible contents of parts with Multilinked status inherit from the document part and not from the Root.
