Intelligent Disclosure Audit

The Audit functionality in Intelligent Disclosure allows you to keep track of the operations performed by the user in CCH Tagetik Word Addin from the moment they log in, by recording the actions performed, the entities involved and the timing.

Audit

To view the audit of the user's actions on CCH Tagetik Word Addin, you have to log into CCH Tagetik, where the information is actually stored.

More specifically, once logged in, you need to follow the path: Repository > Audit

At this point, CCH Tagetik shows the user the Audit page displaying the user's actions.

Origin of the data

In the above-mentioned audit page, the actions performed by the user are identified by the prefix [Word Addin], followed by the specific type of operation. The table below lists the possible user actions and their description.
