Submission/rejection result window
User
Purpose of window¶
This window is displayed only on outcome of the submission or rejection data processing for the processes with dimension by Entity, and displays the result of the data processing.
IMPORTANT: to view details of the results of submission/rejection data processing operations run on processes with dimension by step, you must view the Audit file. See Audit Page.
Note: not all columns are displayed by default; to show any hidden columns, click

Entity submission result
| Field | Description |

| Entity | Entity code, if the submission/rejection of an entity was requested. |
| Entity hierarchy | Organisation hierarchy code connected with the process,if the submission/rejection of a node was requested. |
| Entity node | Code of the node, if the submission/rejection of a node was requested. |
| Scenario | Code of the scenario in which the submission/rejection was requested. |
| Period | Code of the period in which the submission/rejection was requested. |
| Status | Submission outcome. If multiple steps were submitted, the outcome is detailed by step. If an approval workflow is required for the journal, the outcome displays all the tasks approved and/or not approved. Only the outcome of the last step is shown in the table. The detail displays the outcome of each single step. |
| Entity description | Entity Description, if the submission/rejection of an entity was requested. |
| Entity Type | Indicates the entity type of entity in which the submission/rejection was requested. |
Journal submission result
| Field | Description |

| Journal number | Number of the journal in which the submission/rejection was requested. |
| Status | Submission outcome. If multiple steps were submitted, the outcome is detailed by step. If an approval workflow is required for the entity, the outcome displays all the tasks approved and/or not approved. Only the outcome of the last step is shown in the table. The detail displays the outcome of each single step. |

| Available only for submission, and only if the diagnostic (run by the submission) found unbalanced amounts. Diagnostic > All records: shows the result of the diagnostic of all the entities or journals in which the submission was requested. Diagnostic > Selected records: displays the result of the diagnostic of the sole entities or journals selected. |
