Purpose of window

The consolidator can use this window to customise the submission/rejection run filters.

Fields in window

Field	Description
Original scenarios/periods	For scenario/period submission processes, it shows the scenario/period selected on accessing the cockpit, and can be edited to select the desired scenario/period. For single submission processes, it shows all the significant scenarios/periods of the process and is not editable.
Consolidator nodes	Shows the consolidator nodes selected in the cockpit and cannot be edited. Nodes with the following characteristics can be submitted/rejected: - They belong to the selected process. - They are consolidated. - The user is the submitter (for submission) or submitter of the parent node (for rejection).
Run on Contributor Data	Allows you to filter nodes and entities to be submitted: - No = submit/reject only the consolidator nodes. - Only= submit/reject only the entities and contributor nodes. - Also: submit/reject all entities (entities, contributor nodes and consolidator nodes).
Entities	If Run on Contributor Data = Only or Also, it will show the entities that meet the following requirements: - They belong to one of the selected consolidator nodes. - They belong to the process and at least one of the selected scenarios/periods. - They are not counterparty-only or consolidator-only. - The user is the submitter (for submission) or submitter of the parent node (for rejection). The field is not editable.
Contributor nodes	If Run on Contributor Data = Only or Also, it will show the contributor nodes that meet the following requirements: - They belong to one of the selected consolidator nodes. - They belong to the selected process. - They are to be submitted or approved in the data collection process. - The user is the submitter (for submission) or submitter of the parent node (for rejection). The field is not editable.
Steps	Allows you to select the step on which to run the submission or rejection.
Notes	Only present for rejection. If the Rejection - Mandatory Note option is enabled in the process’s submission rules, it then becomes mandatory. It allows you to indicate the reason for which the data is once again editable.
Reason for rejection	Only present for rejection. Allows you to select a reason among those present in the table. SeeReasons for Rejection Page. If the Rejection - Mandatory reason option is enabled in the process’s submission rules, this field is mandatory.
