Purpose of window¶
The contributor can use this window to customise the submission/rejection run filters.
Fields in window¶
| Field | Description |

| Original scenarios/periods | For scenario/period submission processes, it shows the scenario/period selected on accessing the cockpit, and can be edited to select the desired scenario/period. For single submission processes, it shows all the significant scenarios/periods of the process and is not editable. |
| Entities | Shows the entities selected in the cockpit and cannot be edited. Entities with the following characteristics can be submitted/rejected: - They belong to the process and at least one of the selected scenarios/periods. - They are not counterparty-only or consolidator-only. - The user is the submitter (for submission) or submitter of the parent node (for rejection). |
| Contributor nodes | Shows the contributor nodes selected in the cockpit and cannot be edited. Nodes with the following characteristics can be submitted/rejected: - They belong to the selected process. - They are to be submitted or approved in the data collection process. - The user is the submitter (for submission) or submitter of the parent node (for rejection). |
| Steps | Allows you to select the step on which to run the submission or rejection. Submission begins from the first step, up to the specified step. Rejection begins from the last step, going backwards to the specified step. |
| Notes | Only present for rejection. If the Rejection - Mandatory Note option is enabled in the process’s submission rules, it then becomes mandatory. It allows you to indicate the reason for which the data is once again editable. |
| Reason for rejection | Only present for rejection. Allows you to select a reason among those present in the table. SeeReasons for Rejection Page. If the Rejection - Mandatory reason option is enabled in the process’s submission rules, this field is mandatory. |
