Diagnostic report

Introduction

Reports can be generated from the diagnostics result window in order to carry out various types of analysis on the errors detected.

Excel report by Scenario/Period.

This report displays the detail of errors detected by the diagnostics, organised by scenario/period and step.

It is the most comprehensive report (e.g. it also contains descriptions of all dimensions) and allows the data to be analysed in various ways, thanks to the possibility of filters.

Excel Report by Check to Perform

This report displays the detail of errors detected by the diagnostic, sorted by control.

The data are organised in such a way that they can be printed.

PDF Report by Check to Perform

This report displays the detail of errors detected by the diagnostic, sorted by control, in PDF format.

The data are organised in such a way that they can be printed.

This report is the one that is saved upon entity submission when the option 'Store diagnostic result on submission' is enabled in the process submission rules.

Control groups drill down report

This report displays, for each control group, the details of the data rows that originated the unbalanced amount.

If there are a large number of reports on control groups, it may take a long time to generate the report.

For this reason, the report is only available if the diagnostician has detected control group errors and if the diagnostician has not been run with the option 'Also show balanced data'.
