Draft journals diagnostic

Description of the check

The functionality related to draft journals is activated in the process’s journal data entry rules. It is defined by category and is set in the dedicated page: categories for draft journals (), where the functionality can be enabled for Entity journals, Consolidator entity journals and Consolidation journals categories.

This check verifies that, for the entities to be checked, namely entities and consolidator nodes, there are no journals that still have Draft status.

The check cannot be configured, that is, it cannot be omitted from the diagnostic checks and always produces errors with Blocking severity.

It is only run on original scenarios and reports any unbalanced amounts on the lowest step of the accounts present in the “draft” part of the journal.
