Setup
Every company financial manager can, limited to the entity they manage, set new credit terms rules and asset classes specific to their own entity.
In User mode, each manager can view, but not change, the credit terms rules and asset classes that the administrator has created for the entire group, even before starting the data loading process, from their own Home page > Cash Flow Planning Navbar > Data Processing > Cash Flow Planning.
As a general rule, rules (managed by the administrator at the group level) which cannot be changed by the entity manager are identified by a code starting with the prefix “$” and are associated with entity $ (default entity, which means applicable to all entities in the group).
For example, if the user wants to enter new credit terms, it is necessary to enter the company for which they want to create the new credit terms code and a code that does NOT start with the prefix “$”, and then proceed via the User > Home page > Cash Flow Planning > Credit Terms Rules Navbar > Data Processing > Cash Flow Planning. menu, as illustrated in the paragraph on credit terms.
