Schedule data processing
Approve a data processing operation
Repository > Scheduling
- Select the operation to be approved, first in the tree and then in the table.
- In Attributes, select Enabled: the approval tick will appear in the Enabled column of the table.
Create a scheduled data processing group
Repository > Scheduling
- Click
: a new row will appear in the table. - In the Attributes tab, enter the group’s ID code and description.
- Set the desired parameters in the remaining configuration tabs.
- Click Save: the group schedule will appear in the tree.
Add data processing operations to a group
Repository > Scheduling
- Run the desired process:

| in the tree | Select and drag the desired operation to the group schedule. |
| in the table | 1. Select the desired data processing operation. 2. In the Attributes tab > Parent group select the desired group. |
| 2. Click Save. |
Manage a scheduled data processing group
This procedure makes it possible to set valid parameters for all scheduled data processing operations in the group.
Repository > Scheduling
- Select the group of interest in the tree and then in the table.
- Change the parameters of the configuration tabs as desired.
- Click Save.
Enable/disable scheduling on a specific server
Repository > Monitor > Server Status
- Select the row for the desired server.
- Click in the Allowed schedules field: select/deselect the tick box to enable/disable the data processing schedule on the server.
Associate a scheduled operation with a specific server
Repository > Scheduling
- Select the desired scheduled data processing operation in the tree and then in the table.
- In Run settings, select Permitted servers.
- In Specific servers indicate the server to which to associate the selected data processing.
