Purpose of the page

This page makes it possible to define the level of detail according to which significant events in CCH Tagetik are monitored. You can also create several types of log and set more or less detailed log levels for specific events occuring on CCH Tagetik.

Changes made on this page will remain valid until the application server is next restarted. For every log category, the level specified in the system log configuration file will be restored.

Element	Description
	This adds a row in order to insert a new log type.
	Duplicates a log type with the same characteristics as the one selected.

Log levels

Level	Description
DEBUG	Most detailed log level. Tracks debug and information messages, warnings and critical errors.
INFO	Medium log level. Tracks information messages, warnings and critical errors.
WARN	Log level that tracks warning messages and critical errors.
ERROR	Log level which only tracks critical errors and unexpected conditions.
