Purpose of the page¶
This page makes it possible to export all or part of the CCH Tagetik database.
Buttons and/or links on the page
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Expert mode | Displays the additional fields (Zip file max. size (MB) and Data filter for Original scenario). |
| Add referred tables | Adds to the list the tables to which the selected tables make reference. |
| Add referring tables | Adds to the list the tables which make reference to the selected tables. |
| Refresh Status | Updates the export progress status. |
| Refresh file list | Updates the list of exported files. |
| Stop | Stops the export process. |
| Schedule | Opens the Scheduling window to schedule the export. |
| Run | Exports the selected tables. |
Page fields
Please find below the most important fields.

| Database | Database from which the data is exported |
| Tables to export | List of exportable tables contained in the selected database |
| Status | Export progress |
| Exported files | List of exported files |
| Zip file max. size (MB) | Sets the maximum size of the exported compressed file (.zip). If the size of the export exceeds this value, several files will be generated. |
| Data filter for Original Scenario | Only exports data related to a specific original scenario and potentially the associated consolidation scenarios. Can only be used if the Tables to export section contains at least one table of data or offline data. |
| Personal data protection: export uncoded data values | Decodes the data before exporting them. |
