Cloud Availability card

Overview > Cloud Availability

This card shows the cloud availaibility (%) for the last 4 calendar quarters, with the option to download a detailed report for the last quarter.

Cloud Availability: details

Element Description
Display values The value is displayed in green if higher than 99.5 per cent; otherwise in red. If the cloud avalaibility value is not available for a given quarter, the displayed value is greyed out.
Update frequency The card is updated four times a year (01 January, 01 April, 01 July, 01 October).
Calculation rules For the definition and calculation of cloud avalaibility, see the Cloud Specification document on CCH Tagetik community

Total Used Rows card

Overview > Total Used Rows

This card shows the total number of rows used and the size of each environment (e.g. Prod, Dev, etc.).

Total Used Rows: Details

Element Description
Display value It allows users to monitor the number of rows used against the number of licensed rows.
Update frequency The card is updated every 8 hours.
Calculation rules The total number of rows used is calculated as the sum of all data tables (AIH partitions and Financial Workspace fact tables) of all existing environments. Specifically, - the Financial Workspace tables included in the calculation are all tables starting with DATI_ excluding tables starting with DATI_COMMENTI and DATI_NOTE. For example, the following are included: DATI_SALDI_LORDI, DATI_SALDI_IC, DATI_RETT_RIGA, etc... - aIH partitions included in the calculation are all tables starting with AW_ excluding Transaction Matching tables starting with AW_TM1. The archived data tables of the Financial Workspace (i.e. tables beginning with H_DATI_) and those of the ETL (i.e. tables beginning with MAP_) are not used in the calculation.

Health Check card

Overview > Health Check

This card shows the health status of the infrastructure for each environment (PROD, DEV or UAT).

Health Check: details

Element Description
Display values The green icon indicates that the environment is operational. The red icon means that the environment is not available. The yellow icon indicates that the environment is operational, but it is possible that one or more servers are not connected to the environment or are experiencing issues (e.g. reduced performance).
Update frequency Every 60 seconds.

Users card

Overview > Users

This card shows the number of user licences purchased and configured for each environment.

Users: details

Element Description
Display values For each environment and each type of licence purchased, the licences configured and those yet to be configured are shown.
Update frequency Every 8 hours.

Dataset card

Overview > Dataset

This card shows the dataset metrics for each environment.

Dataset: details

Element Description
Display values In the card you can filter by Database and Analytical Workspace to see specific metrics. If no filter is applied, the metrics of the datasets are relative to the internal environment. The card includes the number of datasets, the partition count per calculation and reporting layer based on the chosen filter. For each layer you can see: - maximum, minimum and average partitions - total records in partitions - maximum, minimum and average of partition records
Download full report Allows you to download a file containing the number of records in each partition of the selected environment.
Update frequency Every 24 hours.
