IMPORTANT:

  • The SAP HANA Status Check Notifications page is only visible if SAP HANA is used as the vendor database.
  • The Consumed Credits Notifications page is visible only if the Intelligent Platform license has been installed.

Performance Monitoring Notifications

In this section, thresholds in seconds can be configured for the following types of data processing:

  • DTP
  • ETL – Job
  • ETL – Routine
  • Report

If a data processing exceeds the threshold set on the PROD environment, the Self-Service Portal creates a notification in the Alerts & Notifications section.

If a data processing exceeds the threshold set on one of the client's environments (PROD, DEV, UAT) and email sending is configured for that environment, the Self-Service Portal sends an email notification of the event that has occurred.

Environments & Email Notifications

In this section, it is possible to enable email notifications to be sent if one of the events tracked for performance monitoring in the Self-Service Portal occurs on one of the customer's environments. This can be configured for each environment available on the client side (PROD, DEV, UAT).

In addition, in this section it is possible to define the email addresses that will receive notifications for tracked events for performance monitoring in the Self-Service Portal.

This section displays the events related to SAP HANA status checks, for which email notifications can be subscribed to.

Environments & Email Notifications

In this section, it is possible to activate the transmission of email notifications if one of the events monitored during the SAP HANA status check is detected on one of the environments. Activation can be configured individually for each available environment.

In addition, it is possible to specify the email addresses that will receive notifications of monitored events for the SAP HANA status check via the Self-Service Portal.

Credit Overview Notifications

In this section, it is possible to add or remove email addresses to which certain events will be notified:

  • running out of credits on the Intelligent Platform STANDARD package resulting in blocked functionality
  • running out of credits on the Intelligent Platform PREMIUM package and thus starting overage consumption for those functionalities

It is also possible to enable the sending of a warning email upon reaching the thresholds related to the percentage of usage of Standard or Premium license credits via specific toggles.

The available thresholds are 50%, 75%, 85% and 95%. Upon reaching 100% of the consumed credits, the email will still bee sent, and it cannot be disabled.
