IMPORTANT: The Consumption page within the Self-Service Portal is only visible if the Intelligent Platform licence has been installed.
Credits used up by area¶
Consumptions > Objective AI, API and Intelligent Analytics cards
The Objective AI card¶
This card shows the number of credits and the number of execution hours consumed to perform one of the Objective AI functionalities: AI-Driver based analysis, AI-Anomaly detection, AI-Automapping.
The API card¶
This card shows the number of credits and the number of GB of consumed traffic spent to invoke the APIs for data display and processing.
The Intelligent Analytics card¶
This card shows the number of GB of data hosting consumed for the Intelligent Analytics functionalities.
Ask AI card¶
This card shows the number of requests made for Ask AI functionalities.
Consumed credits table¶
This table contains a row for each functionality that generated a consumption of credits. You can request to receive the data in the table by email by clicking the “Email Consumption” button. In this case, the user will receive an email within a few minutes containing either an attachment or a link to download a compressed file with the export of the consumption table

| Operation Detail Type | Type of functionality detail. This column allows the aggregation of functionalities. For example, in this column for APIs we can see whether it is a 'Data Exposure', a 'Data Management' or an 'Application orchestration'. Optional. |
| Operation Additional Detail | Further details. This column for APIs contains the invoked URL. Optional. |
| User Code | User responsible for the consumption. This column for APIs contains the code of the user who invoked the API. Only customers and partners can view the value of this column in plain text, whereas internal users—such as support users—see the information in an encrypted form Optional. |
My Package¶
Consumptions > My Package
This section shows the packages purchased:
- Intelligent Platform - STANDARD
- Intelligent Platform - PREMIUM
The STANDARD package consumes credits on AI Automapping, AI Anomaly detection, AI driver-based analysis and APIs for data exposure and processing.
The PREMIUM package consumes credits on the same functionality as the STANDARD package, and in addition allows you to use the Intelligent Analytics and Ask AI features.
For each package, the number of credits consumed and the number of credits purchased are displayed.
The Overage Credits card¶
The Overage Credits card shows the credits consumed as well as the credits purchased in the PREMIUM package. The card is only shown if there are over-consumed credits.
The You ran out of credits card¶
The You ran out of credits card indicates that it is no longer possible to use the Intelligent Platform functionality because the STANDARD licence credits have run out.
