Purpose of the tab

This tab allows you to customise the layout of the table with the results of the Normal and Drill-through-type query.

Options in tab

Option	Description
Code and description	Code to assign to the query and description in every language managed in the table. The description in the table language associated with the current user is shown in bold.
	Use shared dictionary item: use a shared dictionary item for the query description.
	Remove shared dictionary item: removes the shared dictionary item used to define the query description.
Show Query Name	Shows the query name above the table. The query name corresponds to the description assigned to the query in Code and description in the language in which the form is run.
Show Header	Shows the headers of every column in the first row of the table. The description of the columns is as defined in the Columns tab.
Fit column width	Adapts the column width to the length of the data extracted by the query. If the query contains many rows and columns and Unicode characters, activating this option may cause the system to slow down.
Apply the format of the first row to the whole Output area	Applies the format defined for the first row of data in the generated table (not the row containing the column headers) to all rows generated by the query. For example, if the first row has been given a blue background, that background colour will also be applied to the remaining rows of the table.
Remove the formatting from rows that are no longer displayed after refresh	Removes the formatting of rows that do no longer belong to the query after it has been refreshed.
Copy the formulas to the right of the query to the Output area	Copies an Excel formula found to the right of the query for all rows generated by the same query.
Copy the formulas to the left of the query to the Output area	Copies an Excel formula found to the left of the query for all rows generated by the same query.
Create name for the result	Creates an Excel print area associated with the rows generated by the query. This allows you to call it up in pivot tables. The name of the Excel area coincides with the code assigned to the query.
