Purpose of the page

This page allows you to define the conditions that the input data must satisfy in order for the rule to be applied.

Buttons on the page

Tab Description
Add condition Allows you to add a new condition (see Rule application conditions).
New group Allows you to organise the conditions into groups. It is possible to select a different logic operator for every group. Note: the groups created at the first level are numbered, starting with 1. Groups created within another group are numbered specifying the number of the higher-level containing group (e.g. 1.1).
Logic operator Allows you to select the logic operator with which to combine the various selected conditions: - AND: the rule is applied if all the conditions are satisfied. - OR: the rule is applied if at least one of the conditions is satisfied. IMPORTANT: if two conditions of the same type with different values (e.g. Entity - Consolidation Method = “Line-by-line” and Entity - Consolidation method = “Equity”) are inserted with the AND operator, then the rule cannot be applied.
