Rule Entities Definition page (Consolidation scenarios)

Purpose of the page

This page allows you to map a node of input entities onto output entities for the application of the selected rule.

When the settings on this page are saved, the Definition result table is updated. This table is not shown, but the data processing reads its content.

Note: the page is only available for rules which have the Read input data from node of entities option active.

When settings are saved on this page, the system runs a deployment that feeds the Definition Result table. This table is not shown but the data processing reads the Result of the definition.

Attributes on the page

Tab	Description
Action	Allows you to select the action to be run on the selected mapping.
Input Entity	Allows you to select nodes of non-time dependent hierarchies
Output Entity	Allows you to select the reference entity on which to generate output journals.
